Beach Day!

Today we went with our friends from England to the Beach! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Paradise Cove Cafe and some fun in the water. Brooklyn liked the water and of course the sand, although not the taste so much! Conner LOVED the water and all in all it was a fun morning!

Brother / Sister Moments

Conner asked to feed Brooklyn her cereal tonight. It was such a sweet moment... you could just tell her was really enjoying taking care of her and she loved that it was him feeding her.... These two have such a special bond! I will have to say it was quite a bit messier with Conner feeding her but it was so worth it!

7 months and so much fun!

Brooklyn turned 7 months this week! She is developing such a sweet and fun personality... She is still getting her solids although is not as into it as I thought she would be. She loves her tummy time, and is rolling more and more.. She has hit the lay on her tummy and wiggle her hands and feet as fast as possible stage, its sooo cute! She still loves her brother TONS and her Daddy even more!

Brooklyn's First Solids!

With Conner's big FIRST today we decided to make it a day of FIRSTS!! Brooklyn had her first solids tonight! She was not super interested but didn't turn them down altogether either! Its so amazing how fast these two are growning! Here are some shots of our FIRST DAY!

Conner started kindergarten this morning! He was such a big boy!! He walked bravely into class and even snagged a hug from Mrs. Ledoux! There were not tears from mommy or Conner!

Hughes Family Final Moments!

Making Ice Cream!

We made some homemade ice cream while we were with the Hughes family! It was cookies and cream and soo Yummy! Brooklyn got a few bits of the Ice Cream and it was a HUGE! hit!

The kids had a ball slip n sliding! They spent hours out there! Even Brooklyn joined in on the fun!

We had such a wonderful time with the Hughes family! They were so generous with their time, and home! We enjoyed them all so much and their thoughtfulness and sweetness with us and our kids! We miss you already!
