A "Great" Time!

Friday night we enjoyed an evening out with Conner's Great Grandparents, Steve's Grandparents! We took them to Johnny Rocket's for Grandpa's birthday. We all really enjoyed our food and had a wonderful time together! We also enjoy the fountain, fish and turttles at the Common's in Calabasas. Conner is a very blessed little boy to know 5 of his "Great" grandparents!

Slip N Slide!!

In and effort to keep us cool. We bought Conner a slip n slide. He LOVES it! Steve must admit also that he enjoyed it too. I decided that it probably was not the best idea to run and jump and smack with my back, so I enjoyed capturing the fun!

Three Amigos

We went to our friends the Cases' the other night and Conner and his two buddies Shelby and Andrew had a ball on the Slip N Slide! They never really slid all that much but they had fun running and jumping the Conner even got tackled by Andew once! I hope these friendships last for a long long time!

Our little Riffle Man

Conner begged to shoot his chipmunk gun so we took him out the range on Friday night! He loved it! He used so much concentration and acutally came close to the target one time!

Grandaddy's Tractor

In November my dad (Opa) bought his grandfather's tractor. For months we having been talking to Conner about driving the tractor and riding on it. He loved it! It was so much fun to see the tractor again, as I had ridden on it when I was about Conner's age also! My dad is so excited to have this tractor and Steve now wants one too!

America the Beautiful!

It was so fun to be in a small town on Fourth of July! Conner and Steve shared some homemade Ice Cream in Virginia City and then we went to see Fireworks back in Bozeman! You have never seen fireworks like this, first of all the un proffesional fireworks were amazing! People were shooting off arials in their front yards! We went to the Bozeman Fairgrounds to watch their show and it was wonderful, its lasted about 20 minutes or so and every minute was like a finale!

All Aboard!!!

On Fourth of July we went to Virgina City Montana to ride an old Steam Engine! Conner was a little hesitant about the whistle at first but he soon warmed up and loved it. He even got to pull the whistle at the end! It was a beautiful day for a train ride!

More Yellowstone!

Here are some more picts from around Yellowstone. Including Old Faithful, which Conner loved. He asked Opa when it finished " Opa, how long does it take for water to fill the cavity again so it can erupt again?" Oh my, our little 3 year old sure is a funny little guy!

Animals!

We got to see lots of Elk up close and many more far away! The Bison were really cool too! We saw hundreds of them, in several really large herds! Conner loved using the Ginoculars (Binoculars) Steve tried to show him how they worked so he could actually see things through them, but alas usually it didn't work! Oh well. He was so cute trying to use them!
