Tonight we took Brooklyn for her first walk. She enjoyed it immensely!!! She looks so tiny in that big stroller though! She also slept in the crib in Mommy and Daddy's room for the first time during her nap today. This might sound like a funny first but its the crib that her Opa and her Mommy both slept in so it has a lot of family history. She slept great!

Storks, Silly Brothers and 1 Month
Last week we were getting ready for bed when there was a knock at the door and a Stork arrived! Conner was thrilled with this new addition to our yard and was very helpful installing it. He was even more thrilled when we showed him the pictures of him in front of the stork when he was born. Thanks Mimi for this fun treat.
A few weeks ago on a rainy night we rented Singing in the Rain to show Conner. Wow! He is so in love with that movie. We have since rented it again and he has probably watched it 15 or 20 times. He loves the Moses Supposes his toeses are Roses part and is now begging for tap shoes and tap lessons. We have nick named his Gene Kelly. He has this cute Barret that he loves to wear while doing his routine. Such a funny little boy we have!
Its so hard to believe that our little girl is one month old already! Wow! She is still such a little peanut too! Here is a picture with her and her dolly. I will take a picture each month in the same spot to watch how she grows! Right now the dolly is bigger than she is.

Meeting Family
This week Brooklyn got to meet some more family! Aunts and Uncles had come to the hospital but hadn't gotten to hold her. So Tuesday night Aunt Kristin, Uncle Daniel, Aunt Jacqueline and Uncle Brian, Cousin Kaylee and soon to be cousin (due in March) came for dinner and some cuddles. It was a fun evening and Brooklyn seemed to enjoy her family!
Wednesday night we went to Steve's Grandparents to spend some time with them before Grandpa went in for open heart Surgery! Here is my favorite picture with him and our two kids! Thankfully the Lord has blessed him and brought him through the surgery well!

Welcome Home Baby Girl!!

We got a wonderful surprise Sunday morning when we called the Hospital to see how Brooklyn was doing. We were told Saturday that the earliest she could go home would be on Monday but she had done so well Saturday night on her feedings that they were releasing her Sunday morning! Praise the Lord!!
We went to get her and got all her instructions, got her dressed up, put her in the car and headed to visit her Great Grandparents who had not met her on the way home. It was so much fun to introduce our daughter to them. So far she is doing great at home and sleeping 4 hour stretches. Its so fun to have both our kids home with us!
