3 Months Updated!

When we told Conner that it was Brooklyn's 3 month birthday the first thing he said was... "I wonder if she will fit into more of her shoes now!" Of course our shoe fetish boy would think of shoes. Then he spent the next several hours making plans for a birthday party... He wanted to invite a bunch of people over but mommy was not up for that. We did manage to make a cake though. When I picked him up from school he had made her a card too! Such a sweet big brother! I wonder if we will do this every month! (-:

3 Months!!!

So Hard to believe that our Little Brooklyn is 3 months old today! It seems like only yesterday we were meeting this special little ladybug. She has been such a blessing to her Daddy, Brother and me! She is starting to really smile and Coo and Sleeps 10-12 hours at night! She loves her Big Brother and has been enjoying the Spring weather and going outside. Here is her 3 month picture!

Here are some cute pictures of Brooklyn from this weekend... She was in a cute mood and my mom snapped some quick pictures... The smiles are flowing more frequently and they are oh so cute! The other look is her "What in the world?" and we get that quite a bit too (-:

Poppies!! Well.... sort of

Its Poppy Season once again in the Antelope Valley.... we drove out this morning to see the beautiful orange fields and were sorely disappointed. Oh well we found a few little patches and took our few token pictures. Sorry this is really the best we could get! Maybe next year!

Adventures in Doughnut making

Last night we were invited to come and watch how they make doughnies (as we call them) with Uncle Andy our favorite Doughnut man. We showed up at 9:30 pm and stayed till Midnight. It was quite impressive to see how much time and effort goes into making these yummy treats. Conner got to help and even made his own sprinkle doughnut. It was really fun and we are very thankful to have been able to have this special adventure.

Note, notice the growing amount of flour on Conner as the night moved on.

First Swim!!

Brooklyn enjoyed her first Swim on Easter! She enjoyed the pool and looked super cute in her little swim suit! She even enjoyed going under the waterfall with daddy! I think we have another little fish on our hands!

Easter Fun

We had a wonderful Easter celebrating Christ's Resurrection! Conner was so cute doing his Resurrection Eggs, he could tell you the whole story. Then we enjoyed a few egg hunts and some time with family. Here are the cute kiddos.
